Critical cases are prioritised automatically. Our nurses complete the intake documentation as you receive care — even if you are unable to fill in forms yourself. If you are unconscious or unable to communicate, a nurse will document your details, contact your emergency contact, and obtain emergency consent on your behalf under the applicable healthcare regulations.
